OCEANSIDE HOME STAGER BACK FROM INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE STAGING – PRESS RELEASE
Oceanside Home Stager Vicki Lerch, owner of Sold On Staging, just returned home from the International Real Estate Staging Convention held recently in Las Vegas. The convention was hosted for stagers from all over the world, including over 100 from Canada. Real Estate Mogul and Shark Tank’s TV’s star, Barbara Corcoran, was the keynote speaker at the RESA convention this year. Canadian Interior Designer, Kimberley Seldon was a featured speaker. “Kimberley was such an inspiring speaker and shared invaluable information.” Lerch said. Featured also, was Steven Aaron, TV personality from Selling LA and top Realtor for Keller Williams in Los Angeles. Aaron said “I attribute much of my success to staging all my properties and targeting that buyer. Lerch said “My mentor Lisa McIntee from Ontario was awarded top Stager of North America.”
Vicki wraps up her experience saying, “This convention was truly a valuable investment in my business.” If you are selling your property Staging will set you apart from the competition.

½ c salted butter
¼ c white sugar
1 egg
4 tbsp cocoa (not hot chocolate)
2 c graham wafer crumbs (usually found with crackers)
1 c coconut (med)
½ chopped walnuts
Mix first 4 ingredients in a saucepan on low until is resembles a custard.
Add graham wafer crumbs , coconut & nuts to the custard mixture. Blend well & then press into 8” square pan. Place in refrigerator.
Use your food processor to mix together:
¼ c salted butter
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp vanilla custard powder
2 c icing sugar
Cream together . Spread over first layer. Return to refrigerator.
Then melt 3 square of Bakers chocolate in a small pot on very low heat. Do not
leave the stove for any reason! 2 unsweetened & 1 sweet or semi sweet & 1 tbsp butter. Pour quickly over second layer. I usually turn the pan around to get it into the corners. Practice makes perfect! Refrigerator 1 hour. Bring out and cut carefully. Practice makes perfect.
