½ c salted butter

¼ c white sugar

1 egg

4 tbsp cocoa (not hot chocolate)

2 c graham wafer crumbs (usually found with crackers)

1 c coconut  (med)

½ chopped walnuts

Mix first 4 ingredients in a saucepan on low until is resembles a custard.
Add  graham wafer crumbs , coconut & nuts to the custard mixture.  Blend well & then press into 8” square pan.  Place in refrigerator.

Use your  food processor to mix together:

¼ c salted butter

3 tbsp milk

2 tbsp vanilla custard powder

2 c icing sugar

Cream together .  Spread over first layer.  Return to refrigerator.

Then melt 3 square of Bakers chocolate in a small pot on very low heat.  Do not
leave the stove for any reason!    2 unsweetened & 1 sweet or semi sweet & 1 tbsp butter.  Pour quickly over second layer. I usually turn the pan around to get it into the corners.  Practice makes perfect!  Refrigerator 1 hour.  Bring out and cut carefully.  Practice makes perfect.

ENJOY!  Your neighbours will love you!!!!
