We offer furniture leasing for short term and long term (typically model/show homes) arrangements.

You may choose to furnish one room, only a few rooms, or a full home staging. Our furnishings are of very high quality. We offer forward thinking styles and luxury brands, we are careful to appoint furnishings that reflect the price point and lifestyle of your luxury buyer.

Furniture from a rental company or from our own inventory is arranged for and decorative accessories are purchased or provided on a rental basis.

How Do I Get Started?

The initial step is to discuss your budget, timeframe and identify your target buyer with the goal of creating a staged home that will appeal to the largest audience.  After visiting the space and meeting with you, we will prepare a cost proposal describing the scope of work, a project plan and all the associated costs, including furniture and accessories rental.

A Sold On Staging professional will do the actual work of staging, hanging artwork and placing of decorative accessories. When we have completed the staging, your property will be Open House  and MLS ready.
