Home Staging Virtual Staging Consultation
How it works. Choose from the Standard Virtual Consultation or Premium Virtual Occupied Consultations or if the home is Vacant then choose the Vacant Virtual Consultation.
Standard Virtual Occupied Consultation- $199 Can
The consultation includes:
- 2 hour virtual walk-through of your home via video messaging app
- Full home virtual evaluation
- Written report covering the recommended changes, repairs, furniture placement and decorating
Premium Virtual Occupied Consultation – $299.00 Can
Includes everything from the standard consultation with the following additions:
- Our Team will provide on-site photo ready services (available after May 24, if safe to do so) This service provides approximately 30 minutes of prepping the home to be photo ready
If you opt to substitute with a 30-minute virtual walk-through on the day that the photographer is schedule we can arrange this via video messaging app. This service is limited to our service area.
NOTE: The home must be within our service area. (Courtenay – Ladysmith, B.C. Canada).
Vacant Virtual Consultation – $199 Can
- Includes home staging plan
- Quote for furniture and accessory rentals, as well as delivery, installation and staging services. Rentals are for one month and additional months are available if required.
NOTE: The consultation fee of $199.00 Can will be refunded if Sold On Staging is hired to stage the property.
